BEANTOWN

So the hubby and I decided to make a weekend trip to Boston...no specific reason we just had never been there and wanted to explore. The good news is...the city is uniquely beautiful & the history is palpable. The bad news is....my fingers were crazy cold and prevented me from taking nearly as many pictures as I wouldve wanted to.  Enjoy!

The reflection of a historical building on a new one expresses where the city is at today.
The first of many places we stopped to have clam chowder. DEEELISH!
Its hard to read here, but this tombstone is from 1693!
baby caught me & old fishy guy having a moment....WHAT? I have a thing for statues
Baby's reflection in a puddle outside Paul Revere's house. To think of how many important people have stood here is impressive.
This is Catie Copley, our hotel mascot. Her presence made missing Rigby a little more tolerable.
We reached the MECCA! Javi is a huge Sam Adams fan and visiting the brewery truly made his trip.
after extremely cold temperatures the first 3 days, on our final day it snowed! It was a winter wonderland....and Javi and I were the only fools relishing in it. The locals were all indoors.

It was so cold that ice was freezing on his eyelashes

Santa arrives!

Santa... dear old fat man Santa....what a guy! We anticipate his arrival and in a flash it comes and goes. This year we spent Christmas morning with some of our favorite Princess of Pixels Blog-Stars.

The note Lukey and Tyler left for Santa
"The Great Luke-ini" loved his magicians costume
Tyler had been asking Santa for a sandwich for quite a while....so Santa obliged
Isabellas eyes lit up with every toy she opened
Kailey & Sophie gave me an improptu photoshoot...directed by Sophie of course.
Is there a better word than blessed to describe how I feel when I'm with these kids? Cuz if there is....let me know.

Just Golfing Around...

Eddie celebrated turning 4 by golfing the day away with a few of his favorite friends. Despite a slow start due to rain, the skies cleared up just in time for the kids to hit the green.

This party had some of the cutest kids ever!
Check out the kids in this picture....they are freaking out because of the sparklers
Happy Birthday Eddie!

A Bowling Bash!

To celebrate Kailey turning three her parents threw her a super fun birthday party at Strike Miami. Not sure if the little ones got the hang of the game but they sure did enjoy themselves throwing the heavy ball around. Seeing Kailey relish in having all her friends there was awesome!

Meet the Alicea Family

So I have to be honest that I was kind of worried about photographing a family with 3 kids but once I got there I realized that this family kicks butt and all of my worrying was unnecessary! Their family dynamics are inspiring and fill their home with laughter and love. Thanks for letting me into your home guys!
